I am so excited!!!!! :)
After about an hour on the computer on food network and a bunch of other baking sites i have finally figured out exactly what i am going to bake, i have list of things i will need, and about how much i will need to make and what numbers i have to double to make the right amount of cupcakes!!! :) yeahhh!! (:
- Red Velvet w/Creme cheese Frosting
- New York Cheesecake cupcake w/ Vanilla Bean Creme cheese Frosting and on top a Raspberry Coulis!!
- Chocolate Truffle where i will cut out the inside of the cupcake and add my Truffle Ganach and on top a Whipped Chocolate Buttercreme!!
- Vanilla cupcake with buttercreme frosting to hold the fondant and cute little fondant flowers with gum paste leaves that i will be painting with gel food coloring!! :)
with that there is going to be a total of 80 cupcakes made but only 76 will be put out cuz i need to take one from each batch to taste test them! :) Ahhh i absolutely love baking its one of my many passions.....
